    1. Can one paticular trials go from, for example: the provincial courts, to the superior court of province, to the Supreme court of Canada?
    2. What consist of an unecesaary trial?
    3. Are the judges of the Supreme court of Canada the only ones appointed by the federal government. If so, How come?
